New WSM 18.5 owner here! Just bought it used and it is currently sitting outside with some Hickory & Pecan + 3 racks of St. Louis trimmed ribs :)
 
Welcome to the forum Kevin. Very familiar with your location used to be an office supervisor for the phone company across from the Crystal Cathedral. and lived in lake Forest.
I also have an 18.5 WSM, great smoker. You will find all kinds of advice and information on your new WSM here and a group of very knowledgeable members that are always willing to share and help out.
