Hello all! New to smoking just bought a WSM 22.5". 3 weeks ago. So far 2 beer can chickens (amazing) , and 3 racks of spare ribs (also amazing). ( I have pics). This weekend pork (butt , shoulder) and possibly a pork belly ( to do the drip? Like the b.0.b or side by side?). Anyways getting a maverick before the next cook and soon to start modifying!! Very excited young new smoker!
