Hi guys, been reading a lot, yet never registered.

33 year old German expat living in the Netherlands, addicted to the Weber brand since 2012.

Currently owning: WSM 14.5 and 18 inch, 1988 18" red Kettle, Ivory 18 inch one touch converted to premium, 22.5" One Touch Deluxe, Go Anywhere Gas and Genesis S320.

Am looking to get into cold smoking and dry curing meats soon.
