Hello from Tennessee

I'm new to this site, but not to bbq'ing. I started seriously cooking outdoors in 2019 with a Traeger. I recently purchased a Weber Summit Kamado E6 and happened upon this site since there isn't nearly enough information about it elsewhere.

I have been using a 2021 Weber Kettle Master-Touch in Deep Ocean Blue. Love Ol' Betsy! I'll be breaking in the new WSK tonight with some wings to start things off.

I'm thankful for this site as it seems to be full of a lot of experience and good people. Happy cooking!

Welcome Josh, I would prefer you cook on a classic Weber gas grill but that's an awfully nice coal burner you have there.
