This is my 1st post and i am excited.recvd our weber 18.5 wsm today via fedex.all put together and sitting pretty on my pool deck not far from my weber genesis propane bq and our weber 22 inch kettle that is now resting on 4 cbs blocks and sporting a new damper .we are pretty new to the world of smokeing.have done a few meats in the past on a very old brinkmann smoker.. Looking forward to the world of wsm.. Just put an 8lb pork shoulder picnic from the freezer to the frig.. Hope to do my 1st smoke on my new wsm on friday.. This site has given me a great deal of info.. I will let you all know how it turned out.happy smokeing,"ya,all":
