Wanted to drop in and say "Hi" to everyone and let you all know that I have enjoyed reading the posts from the forum. I bought my first WSM 18.5 today at Lowe's. Much to my surprise it is the 2014 model with the temp grommet!!! I can't wait to cure it and smoke this weekend. I'm ready for some ribs, butt and what ever else I decide to throw on there! Happy Smoking!!!
