Found out about building my own smoker by accident. Have spent hours now searching info and found great ideas here. Have a SJS already. Picking up my 32qt today from target today. All ready excited about the build. First thought about just drilling vent holes in the bottom, but after more forum info I think I'll do the cut. More down the road.
