Hi all, I'm Matt, I have a 22.5 WSM that I've owned for a couple years. I'm a long time reader, first time poster. Looking forward to being able to contribute some of the knowledge I've picked up.

I'm on a personal quest to smoke as much meat as possible this year. So far I've made St. Louis Ribs and PSB.
