Hello. Just did my first couple of cooks last weekend with my first Mini WSM, and the project continues.
Reading through a couple of threads on tvwbb it looks like some people are having a hard time, or have had a hard time, finding the Vasconia pots. I got mine at walmart and had them ship it to the local walmart after i bought it online. Took about two days for it to get up there, and they ship it there at no additional cost.
Can't wait for this weekend to get the smoke rolling out of that little gem again.
It's just hard narrowing down what to put on the grates next...
 
Welcome to the site Seth, I have a mini also and it works really great! Lots of good folks with great cooks and ideas here.
 
Where in Maine are you? We took a visit there once. Flew into Bangor and explored around the Acadia National Park area for a few days. Then we drove down the coast as far as Kennebunkport. Then, on a tip from a waiter, we headed over to the White Mountains in NH for a couple days. Then back to Portland for a couple days before flying home.

It was a great trip. Very scenic. And we had some good food too.
