not exactly new, but I haven't been here for a while.
Here's what changed : I was at The Foresters in Church Crookham [ http://www.forestersatchurchcrookham.co.uk/ ] Hampshire, UK.
I noticed a shiny new 22" WSM out front .. just gleaming there. I ended up chatting with the co-owner/partner, Tim Sawtell about BBQ, orange bitters, the oak aged negroni he was concocting and my favourite cocktail, The Old Fashioned (as well as the sazerac ...)
I directed him to this site and immediately attempted re-logon .. thanks Chris A for sorting me out.
Btw, if you *happen* to be in Fleet, Hampshire and find yourself in or near the village of Church Crookham [ https://goo.gl/twhXqB ] sto by this place. The food, drinks, staff, and owners are spot on ! And .. the surrounding area is beautiful.
So, Tim now knows how to light a WSM correctly and knows where to come if he has any questions .. win win!
