New Q2200 owner here. I've never been a grill guy and so am seeking some answers to questions concerning using a Griddle... I'll elaborate in the correct section.

Welcome Ian I lived in Alexandria KY ( 20 miles S of Cincinnati) for 26 years great BBQ culture there fair weather also. Hope you find the answer you are looking for.

I'm down in Richmond, south of Lexington. I'm finding my answers. The answer is that I don't know squat about grilling.

Have you visited and checked out the areas you ma y like? It is a grest state with a lot of interesting places to visit. Great BBQ places also.

I haven't tried steaks yet. Up to now, I've been using my sous vide and searing them on an electric griddle. I'll be using the Q next time.
