Hey everyone. Just picked up my WSM 22.5 yesterday. I got it built up and looking forward to getting it fired up this weekend. Been smoking with a propane burner for a few years now, but I'm wanting to get into comps next summer so I've got a lot of practicing to do on the new smoker. I've also got a mini that I take tailgating (go Cyclones) and built with instructions primarily found here. So thank you. Look forward to learning a lot from this site.
