Long time listener, first time caller...
Just purchased my first smoker, the WSM 22.5". I've been researching them for a long time. My family has been Weber fans since I was in 8th grade. We used to live in a house with a gas grill with a dedicated gas line. When we moved that year, my dad was so excited to get a Weber Kettle. We've had them ever since. Pumped to start this next adventure in my culinary life.
