Hello from Northern Indiana. I've been following your website and forum for a few weeks as I researched smokers and I finally pulled the trigger with an 18" WSM from Amazon. It came in this week and I got her all assembled and ready to go. I've already made my first modification for my Maverick ET-732...I'll post that info on the appropriate forum and wait for you guys to critic it. Tomorrow is my first smoke, a couple of Baby Back Rib racks. I've read a lot on this site and I'm trying the 3-2-1 method and I'm going to try the Minion Method for the start up/burn. Hopefully all goes well.
