Hi just put my order in for a 22.5 WSM been using a electric brikman for about 10 years figured I would move over to charcoal. Most people liked what I cooked on the electric I wanted to bumb up my game and did not want to shell out thousands for the big metal rigs. Did a lot of research
along with seeing Harry Soo slap yo daddy doing comps and winning big how can you go wrong.

I also had the red Brink. It did OK, but just wait till you get going on the WSM. It's so much more fun, and hands down way cooler at gatherings than plugging in your dinner.
