New guy here. I've been a Weber owner for a long time but for some reason never knew this place existed. Seems like a great place though. I had a Silver B gasser for years and gave it away when my in-laws gave me a bigger grill. Then my neighbor and I bought 2 large WSM's and a 22" kettle and won a couple of competitions on them. He started a BBQ business so I let him have the WSM's and my current gasser is on it's way out so I am currently reloading my grill arsenal so trying to learn some things here.

Not a thing planned today, actually was just thinking about it. The wife likes simple chicken cutlets on the gas grill with lemon and butter. Might do that with a side salad, nothing fancy today..........................d
