Hi everyone. I found this site years ago and bought a Weber Smokey Mountain. I use it at least once a month, though winter smoking can be difficult. I've done brisket, pulled pork, ribs and chicken. It was a bit of a struggle at first to figure out cooking times and the amount of wood to use (particularly with ribs). I decided to check out the forum only yesterday when I was checking out T-shirts and noticed the WSM Smoke Day, which led me here.
