Hello Everyone,
Being a lifelong Weber Kettle user, I bought a 22.5 Smokey Mtn. Last Saturday. Hurried home from the stor, assembled the bad boy and fired it up. Put a couple of chickens (4halves) for a test run........turn red out great! Did a 15lbs prime rib (no bones) Thanksgiving Eve.......came out PERFECT. Thanksgiving Day, two 16lbs turkey's for 4.5hrs @ 350* and once again! PERFECT!!!! What a machine.......Should have bought one twenty years ago....."so soon we grow old, so late we grow wise"
 
Welcome LMack, the WSM is a machine and it sounds as if you've nailed every cook. I would have really liked to seen picture of the prime rib cook. I guess the family will know where to find you....outside working the WSM.
