Hey all - just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I live in Cleveland, OH and just recently got my first ever smoker, a 22.5 WSM and am very excited to be taking on such a rewarding new hobby! I look forward to interacting with and hopefully meeting some of the folks on this board - it seems like a really helpful and fun group. Cheers to the unending quest to making better and better Q, and here's to hoping our waistlines don't increase exponentially

Is there a certain waiting period before you can post pics? I was going to post a thread about my first ever cook but it wouldn't let me post pics, the option to add attachments simply wasn't there and at the bottom it says I'm not allowed. Thanks

Thanks for such a warm welcome guys. I did my first ever cook yesterday and the cooker is going with a pork butt and a rack of back ribs as I type! I can already tell this is going to be a very fun hobby!
