New to the forum but have been trying to read extensively the last few days to do research on pellet grills.
I think I'm leaning towards the SmokeFire, the question is EX4 or EX6? It's only my wife, myself and our daughter in the house so I wouldn't have the need to cook large quantities very often (save for Holidays, family events, etc.). Seems the EX4 would use less pellets? I've also read it doesn't spread as much ash around the chamber as the EX6 does, if that's true?
For the heck of it, the other brands I've looked at have been Camp Chef, Rec Tec and Grilla.
Looking forward to communicating with you all and stepping up my grill game as I make the foray into pellet grills, my current is just a Weber Q series we've had for a while.
