Hey everyone!
Out here in the Bay Area of California, and just joined. Long time lurker for recipes, tips, and just a ton of amazing knowledge. I do NOT have a smoker yet, and am trying to get a 18.5" WSM, just have to get the wife on board. She is for the most part, but........still working.
Current setup is a Weber Spirit 3 burner. Love it for all grilling purposes, and its been nothing short of perfect for the wife and I. We also have a Weber Q grill, that we take tailgating, camping, and is just a perfect portable Weber. Hoping ot expand my Weber family with a 18.5" WSM!!!
Oh, and I am a home brewer that makes a ton of kick *** beers!!! All to go with some great grilled foods.
