Just a quick hello from Central Europe to you all. I found this forum very recently and as I only started grilling last year in autumn (and loving it), so I hope I can share some fun moments. I cook on a Weber 18" One Touch Premium :blackkettle: and had most success so far with grilling various stuff on high heat.

Looking forward to learn some tricks from you, possibly starting with preparing duck breasts properly - I have failed miserably on that a few times already :)

Welcome to the forum Kristof. This is a great place to learn and to share. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. Good luck on the duck breasts. I have never done them but when I am dealing with poultry of any sort I find that a good instant read thermometer like the Thermopen is my best friend. That way they are not overcooked. Good Luck!!

Welcome Kristof! It is a pleasure top have you with us...

Please, how is your family name pronounced?

Bob, I grabbed a refurbished Thermapen 3 from eBay and it's really useful, it takes out all the guessing of the game. I found the touch part to find the right target core temperatures of various meat, eg. with duck breasts I found all kind of suggestions between 130F and 170F and that's quite a wide range to pick from.

Jim, oh it's pretty easy :) Starts as "yo" with a long O and follows with somelike like the "ja" in "pajamas". But wait, Google does a better job here: https://translate.google.com/#hu/en/Kristóf Józsa click on the listen icon on the left side, that's accurate.
