I just got one of those pizza/rotisserie units so gonna give it a whirl this May two-fer weekend. Not done pzza on the Weber yet but looking forward to it.
 
My first pizza attampt was Ok but I lack experience in the actual pizza making. The Weber was at a good temp but the dough was too thick so I will attempt again next weekend. Here is a pic of the rig, I will post a pic when I have something decent.IMG_1855-1.jpgIMG_1894.PNG
