Found my way here researching the smokey joe mini WSM. And now I have built one. Learning how to use it and so far all is good. I've done a beef bottom blade pot roast, a rolled shoulder of pork and ribs and some abt's. they were all awesome thanks to the collective experience I found online.
I will post my mini wsm build details separately on here shortly.
