Ive lurked on here for awhile then decided to create an account a month ago. Finally got around to posting my intro thread.
Being from Australia i have the luxury of having good conditions year round to BBQ yet dont take advantage of it. Im hoping to change that and experiment more with the knowledge around here.
Currently have an 18" WSM, 22" OTG and a smokey joe gold i think it is. Also interested in making a heatermeter especially after my igrill connectivity started playing up on my last cook.
