Been a fan of Virtual Bullet for years. Purchased a EZ Que rotisserie basket and ring based on other Member experiences and recommendations. It has been a fantastic system! Just purchased a 18.5" a WSM off Craigslist that has been used 3 times. LOL, in the ad the previous owner stated " I just don't have the patience for smoking!". His Loss my gain!
Looking forward to reading and implementing the various modifications. Just finishing up cycling a old weber gas grill and turning it into a cart for the WSM. After 4 back surgeries, I need it off the ground and with some mobility. Websites that share information about common hobbies like this one are the best part of the Internet. I am looking forward to reading all about the WSM!
