Hello all,
This is my first post here and my first smoker (WSM18.5”). I’m not new to grillin’ but have wanted to learn how to smoke (especially brisket) for several years. However, I never got around to getting a smoker until now. I’ll have questions soon but will put those in the proper forum thread (if I can’t find them answered already).
I’ve been happily married for over 25 years, have two boys (21 & 19), and a 13 year old golden retriever. My hobbies and interest have greatly varied over the years but I’ve settle into smoking pipes, drinking beer, listening to music or watching films. I plan on getting away from the TV and spend some time smoking by my new smoker.
I’m looking forward to getting to know some of you and sharing my successes and failures.
