This board has just re-sparked my interest in grilling and smoking. Cleaning and modifying my grills and smokers for their intended purposes. Did my first successful brisket on my 18.5 WSM. Now I am hooked. Looking into basic tools, mods, and of course rubs and recipes. Glad to be here.
