I have been coming to this site for a few years now and finally decided to join in. Thanks to all that contribute here. Over the last couple of years, I have gotten a lot of good ideas and recipes from the site. I have had an 18.5 WSM for about 4 years and love it. I'm currently making a mini-WSM. I just finished painting it and I still need to get all the hardware and put it all together. I have been taking a few pics along the way and will post when I'm finished. Additional thanks to Chris Allingham and anyone else who makes this all possible.
