Hi everybody
Greetings from sunny Costa Rica. I love cooking at home and very recently I developed a taste for smoked ribs and brisket. There are not many smoke houses around (even less good ones) so I said why not to try it myself. My wife gave me a WSM as Christmas present, I've been researching about it and so I'm here.
