this were pre made patties from jenni-o

Buns were toasted on the grill

Ready to eat and assembled with all my ingridients with 2 pickle slices and ketchup, mustard.

They were so good and my wife and kids want more for next week!!

Tony, I like those burgers. How were the jenny-o brand patties?

I usually buy the ground turkey meat and make the patties myself,, but I'd be curious to try those ones. I like to make mine with some teriyaki marinade and chopped onions/peppers mixed in with the meat. I grill some pineapple rings (as a topping).

It's one thing about turkey burgers... you need nice accompaniments for 'em (onions, pickles, lettuce, tomatos, sauces etc.), whereas a nice, greasy, beef burger barely needs a bun.

Jennie o patties are very good.
I will probably make my own they sell them in 4 pound packages also.

Tony it all looks great. What fat content do you get with your turkey meat? I'm due a healthy cook. :)

I like very much. I have Turkey thighs b/s in my freezer. They go through a grinder and I plan to do it as well as you.(?) Thanks for inspiration Tony.
