"Mucho Macho" peppers from my BIL were grilled then chopped up.
You'll have to take my word for those parts, as well as french fries deep frying outside. Here's burgers on the kettle.
The plating process: burger on the bun first.
Topped with peppers.
Then cheese.
I've never had a Hatch, so I really have nothing to compare these to. I thought they looked like Anaheims, as do these, but these turned out to be surprisingly hot.
