Hatch(like) Green Chile Cheeseburgers

I will apologize now for doing such a terrible job with photos for this post. There was too much going on, but I managed to snap a few from my phone. Trying to post from the mobile site, too.

"Mucho Macho" peppers from my BIL were grilled then chopped up.

You'll have to take my word for those parts, as well as french fries deep frying outside. Here's burgers on the kettle.

I've never had a Hatch, so I really have nothing to compare these to. I thought they looked like Anaheims, as do these, but these turned out to be surprisingly hot.

Super looking burgers Jon!

A local store got in some Hatch peppers last year, hope they do again this year, I love 'em.
