Mike - this was my 2nd set of ribs for the week - the first set were Chris Lilly's ribs (forget which recipe) which was fine but I liked the flavor of the Harry Soo ribs more. Used the Smokenator for the first batch of ribs.
For the Harry Soo ribs I did the minion method with fire bricks. I wanted to see if I could do it and it worked out great.
I don't get to BBQ much - just don't have the time - but I've been very happy with both the Smokenator and the minion method.
