My wife gave me one of the best gifts ever for Christmas! The Harry Soo BBQ 101 class. I took it in March and I have been on a BBQ tear since! I just ordered my own 22 inch smoker and can't wait for it to be delivered this Fri. I am so happy I found this site! It is awesome and filled with so much great advise and feedback!
