Harry Soo and WSM's on Barbeque Pitmasters - Royal Oak

I am just sitting here, supposed to be working watching Pitmaster's and this episode is the Royal Oak Open. The big this and it makes me want spring to come quick, it has some great shots of various WSM's, especially Harry Soo's!
I am recording it so I can stop the action and sit and stare at the WSM's :wsm:
 
I am not sure it was on Destination America today with a bunch of other reruns. He had 2 22.5's I think another person had 2 22's and 1 18.
 
Must of been the first season. Don't recall him on the other seasons. Could be wrong though.
 
Just checked the DVR it shows original air date, and it was 1/11/2010, so that might be the 1st season as that was 4 years ago
 
You know, I believe Harry Soo has done us ALL a favor showing us that you do NOT need a $20,000 smoker to make great BBQ. He has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that World Class BBQ can reside inside a WSM whether a 14.5", a 18.5", a 22.5", or even a Mini-Joe. Most of us already knew that but it is nice to have it verified on the National Stage, don't you think?

I like Harry's recipes and techniques for every day "Q" also. I have pretty much standardized on his version of Boston Butt and Ribs and will be trying his Salmon recipe, shortly.

I have learned a ton of good stuff right here on this forum (let's don't forget that - I won't:rolleyes:) but Harry has a soft spot in my heart...
