Hard Cider Baste?

I started some butts on the smoker a few minutes ago. I just realized I don't have apple juice for my typical mid cook baste. Would Angry Orchard hard cider work? I've got some of that. I can run to the store but would rather not. Or I can use straight apple cider vinegar. Or nothing I guess. What say you guys?
 
It's the green apple flavor. She's also got some harpoon stuff but she likes it. This angry orchard has been in the fridge for a while.

I'm not surprised - I LOVE hard cider. It's easy to make too,,,,,,if you were so inclined..
