Just occurred to me moments ago that today is another WSM Smoke Day…
Well well well, guess I’ll have to SMOKE my dinner tonight instead of plain ol grilling.

Thanks to the mind and creativity of @Joel Kiess and to @Chris Allingham for carrying out this event year after year with outstanding success, rain or shine!
Hope EVERYONE here at TVWBB has an enjoyable and safe Smoke Day 21!

I always think about the Smoke Day you put on, I guess it’s been 10, maybe 12 years ago. The place looked fantastic the cooks were amazing the crowd was huge and it’s the first thing that comes to mind every Smoke Day. Hope yours is a great one Jim
