Picked up some nice prime ribeye tomahawks at Costco, came as a 2 pack. One was vacuum packed for the freezer. After a nice hike in the mountains, I grilled the other. Not pictured, grilled romaine lettuce heads and asparagus.

I invented a new term just now. (... but I am probably not the first to think of it.)
After a couple weeks here, I have decided that this website is full of "food p-o-r-n." Food p-o-r-n induces strong desires in viewers. The photo above is an excellent example of food p-o-r-n. If it does not induce desire, then you are visiting the wrong website.
That steak looks delicious!

Not saying I don't like beef, just that we don't eat a lot of it. I do love a good burger, or a steak on occasion, but much prefer pork.Staring at the first statement, confused.
