We celebrated with "Slap Yo Mama" seasoned chicken parts then two layers of Sweet Baby Ray's Chipotle Sauce baked on indirect on the OTG. Hardly gets any better than that (with a nice set of "sides", of course). We finished the chicken about 1/2-1.0 minute over direct. DYNO-MITE!!
