As I posted earlier this month, my JJ fell off of the cargo rack on our camper because the ratchet strap loosened up.
The grands that we’re visiting wanted some chicken, so I hit the FB marketplace. I saw one about a half hour from here and asked if it was available, which it was
I got his address and went to look at it with $50 cash in my pocket
I got there and it was t just a JJ, it was a JJ Premium!!! The one with the 2 vents on the side instead of the daisy wheel on the bottom. And it was very clean! I quickly gave him my cash and left

What a shame to lose a tested and working grill but, like some folks you came out of it with an “upgrade”! Granted you had to buy it but, $50? Great deal!! It will be seasoned and an old friend in no time!
My brother in law can manage to fall face first in a pig wallow and come out in a brand new suit! Sadly, that ain’t me!! Every time he gets “in a crack” as my other BIL calls it, he gets out of it with with more than dinner and a movie!
 
I have that same grill ( 2006) When Ace was giving them away. Looks in great shape.
On a side note ( no pun intended )
I had the same thing happen with a post today ( pics showing sideways ) Weird..
