So the CEO said I defrosted your 80/20 you had in the fridge, what are you going to make?
So, 80/20 in the bowl, enough for 5 big boys. One egg, fine chopped garlic and onion, S&P, couple of drops of Worcestershire.
One nice fresh parsnip chopped to size and on yellow pepper.

Using the Genesis tonight, love that Baby, parsnip and pepper in the CI with some Wegmans Basting EVOO and some Champagne Vinegar drizzled in.

After the first turn, a little refresher for the chef, Founders Curmudgeon ( good stuff, the CEO say's appropriate for me) Who the h@ll asked her anyway.

Note to self - buy Genesis!! I haven't had a gasser since my old Charbroil
died. I then went crazy with all my charcoal Webers, but hey I think a new Genesis
will play just fine with all the other grills. BTW awesome burgers and sides Bill!

Thanks Mike and Tony, got to tell you For putting together a fairly quick meal, and a good one it is tough to beat a Genesis. I had a Charbroiler for ten years that just rotted out from the inside and got this Genesis a couple of months ago. I use it for rotisserie and I add wood for smoke to it all the time.
It is all good, cooking outdoors and enjoying yourself doing it. And if you add the Grill Grates to it the flavor is incredible as the fat that would normally flare up sizzles and smokes right back into the meat

My Genesis Gold D with sideburner was top of the line 11 years ago. It has been as trouble free as my 34 year old kettle.
When it is 25 years old I hope that it will still turn out fine looking grub like your meal today. Also a GrillGrates user on
both grills.

I'm always amazed at how all the stores around me that sell Webers pretty much sell all the floor models by August, one of these days ill get one.
Awesome food Bill, I like the nectarines especially.

Everything looks great and that plated pic is a thing of beauty!!! I have never tried grilling turnips before, gonna have to give that a try.

Everything looks terrific, Bill. My parents had that same exact set of dinner plates, and I have good childhood memories of those plates, as I ate many fine meals off of them while growing up. This might be one of the more strange compliments you've ever been given: I think your food does justice to those plates :).

Sorry R Dembrowski did not see your question till this morning, those are Grill Grates I am cooking on. google them and you will find out all about them. And everything they say they do, they do. One of the best things I have ever purchased.

Great looking meal Bill. Hope to complete my restoration of the Genisis 3000 Red Head circa; 1995 by this weekend. Grill Grates scheduled for delivery today.
