So the CEO said I defrosted your 80/20 you had in the fridge, what are you going to make?
So, 80/20 in the bowl, enough for 5 big boys. One egg, fine chopped garlic and onion, S&P, couple of drops of Worcestershire.
One nice fresh parsnip chopped to size and on yellow pepper.
Using the Genesis tonight, love that Baby, parsnip and pepper in the CI with some Wegmans Basting EVOO and some Champagne Vinegar drizzled in.
Burgers and Nectarines (with a little coconut oil and honey and cinnamon) Everyone getting Jiggy
After the first turn, a little refresher for the chef, Founders Curmudgeon ( good stuff, the CEO say's appropriate for me) Who the h@ll asked her anyway.
All plated with some sweet potato fries and Monterey Jack jalapeno cheese shredded on top
