So it was me, the CEO and #2 for dinner tonight, got some 80/20 ready with some diced red onion, Kosher And Fresh Ground, and a few tablespoons of A-1 Steak Sauce
Got some Polenta sliced, dressed with EVOO, Penzey's Spanish Style Smoked Paprika and fresh ground, topped with some thin sliced scallion and dried oregano.
Some fresh green beans, going to be dressed in EVOO and S&P and some garlic powder.
Shrooms ready with some diced red onions and EVOO to go on the CI

Half a chimney of new Stubbs and the balance of leftovers on the OTG, beans on first, the Polenta in the oven under the broiler.
Tonight's lubricant, very nice
Burglars on after the first turn and a three cheese shred combo on two
Done and heading in
On the table with a fresh brew, on a nice Portuguese Roll, your plate enjoy. They were good.
