So it was me, the CEO and #2 for dinner tonight, got some 80/20 ready with some diced red onion, Kosher And Fresh Ground, and a few tablespoons of A-1 Steak Sauce
Got some Polenta sliced, dressed with EVOO, Penzey's Spanish Style Smoked Paprika and fresh ground, topped with some thin sliced scallion and dried oregano.
Some fresh green beans, going to be dressed in EVOO and S&P and some garlic powder.
Shrooms ready with some diced red onions and EVOO to go on the CI
Going to be a good night I think

Half a chimney of new Stubbs and the balance of leftovers on the OTG, beans on first, the Polenta in the oven under the broiler.

Damn looks delicious! We are doing burgers tonight as well. And love the choice of beer. I am cracking open a 90 minute Dogfish right now!
 
At first I thought you might have done square ones, til I saw these fine lookin ovals.
One of the butcher shops that I go to has oval burgers in the case, they are good
if I am feeling lazy and just buy 1 or 2 to go with sausage or something.
