I felt like something light on the stomach and wanted to use my new E-Z Que. I'm huge fan of hamachi kama so a quick trip to the Japanese market and I was good to go!

Looks really good Andre. I had to Google it also. We only have one fish market in town and I'm not sure if they have this, but I'm going to ask. Very interesting post also.

Looks good! I had to look it up to see what is was, where did you purchase this?

John I went to couple of places and the pieces were $5-$8 a piece: Marukai 8111 Balboa Ave & Nijiya 3860 Convoy St #109. There's a couple of other places up there; however these two are my favorite. I've also been wanting to visit Catalina Offshore Products http://catalinaop.com/

That does look good! How long were they over the heat?

I had it spinning for about 30/35min no cover, however i'm sure the time would be cut in half if I had the cover on, but I always tend to forget what's on the grill when i'm playing video games online haha!
