A guy at work hooked me up with some more halibut today that he caught yesterday.

Cut up a couple of fillets for tacos and slathered the fish in mayonnaise and seasoned with some Slap ya Mama.

Oh my!!! Perfect ... Love some halibut tacos and tres leche's!!! Nice!

John that looks great... If u havent tried it yet, try a beer battered halibut taco with marinated cabbage-lime juice...I think u would dig it!

Nice work!

Magnifico John! Butts make some of the best tacos I have ever had. I need to give the mayo a try.

Always nice to have a fresh fish connection. When I lived in south MS, we used to slather mullet fillets with mustard before battering & frying because it helped to diminish the fishy taste, but I have not tried mayo on fish before. I am going deep sea fishing in a few weeks and hope to bring some fish home with me. I will have to give this method a try.

i've said this before and after today, i'm sure i'll say it again:
John, you can cook dinner for me ANYDAY! ANYWAY!
outSTANDING!
