Half Chicken with extras for Sat.

Decided on a half chicken and a breast for the wife. I added zuccini corn and a couple onions for extra flavor.













Sorry for the repetitive pics but I have to say it was some of the best chicken I've had yet. It may be to blackened for some but it was loaded with flavor. Hope everyone is having a good weekend.

Jim I brined it for about four hours then coated it with olive oil. Then coated it with a vinegar based sauce at the end over direct heat to crisp the skin and blacken. I think I could have eaten a whole one but just had that half from a cook two weeks ago.
