How'd you like the WSCG?
i like the bottom vents... holes or slots spared as P makes closing up for smoking nice...

i also like the top vent that opens up for high heat...

grilling on it (wings) was like using a kettle...
smoking on it (baby back ribs) was much like using a kettle, also.
but please remember, i never played with it before yesterday and i only used it for 4 hours.
the temp inside was pretty consistent while the charcoal burned....

honestly, i think i prefer to smoke using the WSM, but that may be for reasons i've more use to using the WSM.
