i like the bottom vents... holes or slots spared as P makes closing up for smoking nice...

i also like the top vent that opens up for high heat...

grilling on it (wings) was like using a kettle...
smoking on it (baby back ribs) was much like using a kettle, also.
but please remember, i never played with it before yesterday and i only used it for 4 hours.
the temp inside was pretty consistent while the charcoal burned....

honestly, i think i prefer to smoke using the WSM, but that may be for reasons i've more use to using the WSM.

Chris what is even more odd is the number of teams in the BIG 10.

How many teams are in the PAC12....well twelve.

How many teams are in the BIG 10....well more than 10.
