Grilled Yellowfin Tuna

A coworker had a good day of fishing and shared some of his catch. Marinated the tuna in Soy Vay Veri Veri teriyaki all day.

Fish on direct


and then let them finish indirect


Sauteed some Mexican blend veggies in the wok


Tuna resting for a few minutes


Served over some brown rice and a little sauce drizzled over it.
Made for an excellent meal!
