Howdy folks..why is it only Wednesday! Crap..ok so steak salad was requested by the boss so here goes!
Picked up a nice LB at lunch and soaked it in stubs beef marinade for about 5 hours. Came come, got a salad and bread made and went out back and fired up the grill!
As I sat in my chair checking out the scenery I thought geez I could have had a really nice covered grill area built for what we paid the tax man this year..oh well!

Lb hit with a bit of weber garlic and herb..sear time!

Once I got a good sear I set it back and hit it with some apple smoke and the left over marinade!
After a bit we added some bread!
All sliced up!!
And all served up with a nice salad, raspberry dressing, feta, walnuts and bread!!
Pretty good for a Wednesday nite!!
